It’s finally friday and we are lusting after this cocktail creation from The Winery at Surry Hills. Fresh pineapple, Grand Marnier, sage, caramel and lemon. Delicious!
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
3 1/2 bottles of chilled beer
1 container of frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup of vodka
Garnish: Lemon and lime slices
Stir together the frozen raspberries, beer, lemonade concentrate and vodka into a large jug. Serve over ice. Garnish with slices of lemon and lime and enjoy!
